How it Works

When you book a private event with us, we take the intimidation out of crafting.

  • We Come to You: You provide the venue—whether it’s your living room, a rented event space, or a backyard patio. We travel to you with everything needed for the class.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: Pricing varies slightly depending on the specific craft you choose, but packages generally start at $50 per person. This fee covers your expert instruction and a complete craft kit for every guest to use and take home.

  • Zero Experience Required: Just like our workshops our teaching style is relaxed, accessible, and fun and the projects are are designed for beginners

Example Schedule (2 Hours) We find that a two-hour window is the perfect amount of time to learn, create, and chat without rushing. Here is what a typical event looks like:

  • First 15 Minutes: Arrival & Mingle. We arrive early to set up materials. As your guests arrive, they can settle in, grab a drink, and check out their kits.

  • Next 15 Minutes: The Demo. We provide a hands-on demonstration of the basics (e.g., learning the foundational embroidery stitches), ensuring everyone feels comfortable before they start.

  • Next 75 Minutes: Social Crafting. The core of the event. Guests work on their projects while we float around the room to offer one-on-one help, troubleshoot, and keep the vibes high.

  • Final 15 Minutes: Wrap Up. We help finish up any loose ends, share tips for continuing the craft at home, and take a group photo of your creations!
